La febbre del sabato sera sono degli eventi di 5Ritmi organizzati per danzare, praticare, sudare, condividere, connettersi, divertirsi, andare in profondità, lasciar andare, esplorare, ascoltare con i 5Ritmi.

Non ci sono passi da imparare. Ognuno si muove liberamente in base al proprio sentire e alle proprie forze fisiche. Chiunque ha voglia di mettere il corpo in movimento è benvenuto.

La pratica è la stessa, alla guida ci sono diversi insegnanti.

COSA SONO I 5RITMI?
Creata da Gabrielle Roth e praticata da decine di migliaia di persone in tutto il mondo, i 5Ritmi è una pratica di movimento consapevole, è una meditazione dinamica che si pratica con la musica. Il suo principio fondamentale è che se metti in movimento il corpo, la mente guarisce.I 5Ritmi si danzano onda dopo onda. In ogni onda ognuno attraversa 5 fasi, 5 emozioni, 5 stati dell’essere, 5 energie; si raggiunge un picco estatico dove tutto il corpo è stato riattivato per poi scendere nella quiete della meditazione. La musica cambia ad ogni ritmo e ci accompagna in questo viaggio dove il corpo parla, suda, si esprime, crea, si libera, si sfoga, va in estasi, atterra, si connette, trova pace. Ognuno è libero di interpretare ogni ritmo in modo unico e personale, aprendosi alla libertà e alle infinite possibilità della saggezza del nostro corpo.Come il nome suggerisce, il ritmo e il tempo della musica progrediranno attraverso i 5Ritmi che compongono un’onda: dal Fluire (musica morbida e sinuosa) allo Staccato (musica ritmata) al Chaos (high energy), poi la leggerezza del Lirico e da ultimo il ritmo della Quiete (danzando con il respiro come nel Tai Chi). Ogni ritmo ci aiuta a focalizzarci su una precisa area.

Join us for an immersive 5Rhythms heartbeat workshop co-led by Olivia Olla Palmer and Jup Jansonius, both certified 5Rhythms Heartbeat level teachers. We invite you to this dynamic practice to connect with the natural rhythm of your heart and being through movement, dance, and mindful exploration.

Together, we will guide you on a transformative journey where every heartbeat becomes a pulse of creative energy. Following the Heartbeat map and the principles of the 5Rhythms practice, our workshop offers a safe and inspiring space to release tension and explore the spontaneous flow of your heart.

Jup Jansonius has been immersed in the practice of 5Rhythms since 1998 and is a certified teacher in the 5Rhythms Waves, Heartbeat, and God, Sex & The Body maps. Drawing on her background in education, dance, art, theatre, yoga, and TRE, she infuses her teaching with a touch of social science and humor. Her intuitive approach and genuine spontaneity create a welcoming space where you can explore the lesser-known facets of yourself. Plus, her DJ sets have the power to transport you to entirely new realms. Jup teaches both worldwide and online.

Olivia discovered the 5Rhythms practice in 2006, after a lifetime of studying  dance and over 20 years dedicated to the field of self-healing. Born in London and resident in Italy since 1986, today she is a passionate teacher, mentor, organizer, and dancer, certified in the Waves and Heartbeat levels of the 5Rhythms. Guided by a deep love for working with emotions and the body, her authentic and welcoming approach creates spaces where every session transforms into a journey of inner discovery and personal growth, balancing body, heart, mind, and spirit. In the series of maps that comprise the dancing path of the 5Rhythms®, God, Sex and the Body is an initiation into being an embodied soul. It is a deeply personal journey, a celebration like no other, a ritual for the hot and holy you.
This journey is a call to stretch our imaginations with a long forgotten innocence and move through a spectrum of feminine and masculine archetypes, to dress up these characters in ritual theater, get inside them and give them expression. No one else can be a man or woman exactly like you. No one else can embody your soul, or project your magic or have your specific curiosity. Part lover, part artist, part god, we were born to rock the world and feel our way into each others hearts.
Grounded in the 5Rhythms Movement practice, this experience can liberate and inspire us to emerge a bit more fascinated with each other and the mystery of it all.
In order to assist yourself in the investigation, we ask that you open your imagination to the everyday objects in your world. What represents the masculine in you? What represents the feminine? Not necessarily articles of clothing, although accessories are great — a belt, a hat, a walking stick. Some things are very specifically gender charged — a tube of lipstick, a baseball bat, a mink stole, a cigar, etc. Please allow for two or three of these gender props to find their way into your bag and bring this bag with you to the workshop. And, men you are invited (but not pressured) to indulge your feminine nature by donning a skirt or dress on the dance floor.
On Sunday evening, we invite you to join us for a arty, funky, fabulous, dress-up, get-down party as our guest. It is in honor of the feminine so think “wild, arty and free”. Or as Gabrielle Roth said: come as you are not.
