Every week we will come together to dance within the heartbeat map of 5rhythms.

Heartbeat provides us a place to ride the waves of our emotions. To get down and juicy with them so that  when we meet them in our daily life we can move through them with grace and acceptance. The heartbeat map is a map of compassion with ourselves and others.

It moves us from numbness into aliveness. from fear into awareness, from anger into love, from sadness into release and from joy into connection.
