Shapeshifting can be a very useful concept as we explore how we can transform our lives.It is all about the shifting instead of the shape. The proces instead of the product. Gabriele Roth

This weekend we will focus on the transforming caracter of 5rhythms and the shifting of energies between the rhythms and within the rhythms.

We will explore physical changes, emotional & energetic changes.

This weekend will be a deep dive into the world beyond all that we think we know.

The dance will be supported by the use of costume and theatre techniques.
