*For the love of life* is a deep call to what allows us to say yes to life—not only when it is easy, but also when it is complex, fragile, and unpredictable.
At Dagnino, surrounded by the rhythms of the natural world, we will explore this love for life through the practice of 5Rhythms—returning to the body, to emotions, and to the simple experience of being alive.
“Love of life” represents a deep connection to existence: a passion for living, a resilience that allows us to meet life fully, and an appreciation for the beauty and fragility of the world.
We will reconnect with this inner flame—the part of us that says yes to life, even in the face of uncertainty.

This weekend is an invitation to remember what moves you, what nourishes you, and what awakens your passion for being alive.
