CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation is valid following the payment of a deposit of €200 via the website https://5rhythmsbyjup.com. In case of cancellation it will be possible to obtain a partial refund of the deposit, in relation to the date:

1. cancellation by March 7: 75% refund of the deposit (€150)
2. cancellation by April 7th: 50% refund of the deposit (€100)
3. cancellation by May 7: no deposit refund
4. cancellation between 7 and 15 May: no refund of the deposit and request for payment of the balance of the entire amount of the full price workshop and the accommodation fee

The reservation can be transferred to another participant who is not yet in contact with us. The deposit will then be considered in the name of the new participant without penalties, regardless of the date of the change.
