We are wanderers in the million miles between the head and the feet as we wander through life. The Journey is a 7hr longdance of 5 waves. Each with a different theme and vision. The journey shows us our skils, our endurance and ability to flow with whatever presents itself to us. It teaches us when to rest & when to move. It deepens our practice & stretches what we know. It takes us to places we have never been.

Do we want to be predictable and a bit boring so we can be “safe” or do we want to be fully alive and present even in the uncomfortable moments? Safety is not a matter of nothing happening but knowing how to move when something is happening. We are living matter. Our essence is movement.
During this daylab we will explore our aliveness by enlarging our trust, clarity, playfullness and joy.

How to transform the mundane into the mystical.
It is fun, deep, confrontational, arty, sensual, playful, spiritual and as down to earth as it can be.
It is yin/yang/male/female/human/divine/
It shows us our attachments and calls for our detachment
A profound journey towards freedom.
This workshop includes an archetype party at the night of the 3th day
with social science & humor. Her ability to shapeshift and her unapologetic way of being herself creates
a safe playground for you to explore the less highlighted parts of yourself.
