Life Line online is a 5Rhythms exploration into the map of shadows and heartbeat

Unlived emotions can weigh heavy on us or almost eat us alive.

It turns our vitality into our suffering.

Through dance we will explore how these processes work inside of us and we will discover the relationship between our “ shadows” and our emotions and how both can benefit your Life and your vitality.

From the first moment I stepped on a 5rhythms dance floor I was amazed by the power of this work and how all the insights I gained benefited my daily life. 5Rhythms provided me with a vocabulary that helps me move through turmoil and it keeps me connected to the “bigger” picture.

This workshop counts as 10 hrs of shadow work (waves) & 25 hrs of heartbeat towards the teacher training. You have to join the sessions in person to be able to claim these hours.
